We're growing our remote team and looking for reliable, skilled professionals who want to build long-term careers supporting law firms.

Overview

This is a high-volume, sales-focused role requiring proven sales and closing experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to convert qualified leads into signed clients.

Trilingual proficiency is required. The client is open to different language combinations, including Spanish, Portuguese, Haitian Creole, French and others.

The ideal candidate is proactive, persuasive, organized, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with clear productivity and conversion goals. Prior personal injury experience is preferred but not required.

Key Responsibilities
  • Handle incoming intake calls and communicate professionally with prospective personal injury clients.
  • Gather accurate information, assess prospective clients' needs, and qualify leads based on the firm's intake criteria.
  • Conduct high-volume outbound calls, text messages, and email follow-ups to engage prospective clients and move them toward signing.
  • Build rapport, address objections, and use effective sales and closing techniques to convert qualified leads into signed clients.
  • Secure case signings and consistently work toward established conversion and productivity goals.
  • Provide multilingual communication and translation support throughout the intake and signing process.
  • Maintain accurate lead information, intake notes, follow-up activities, and case statuses in the firm's CRM systems.
  • Follow established intake procedures, scripts, and sales processes while adapting conversations to each prospective client's needs.
  • Manage multiple leads and follow-up tasks efficiently while maintaining accuracy and responsiveness.
  • Communicate proactively with supervisors and team members regarding lead progress, performance, and concerns.
Required Skills and Experience
  • Ability to communicate professionally in three languages, with clear pronunciation and strong verbal communication skills.
  • Prior hands-on sales and closing experience, including lead conversion, objection handling, and securing customer sign-ups or closed deals.
  • Strong sales skills, including direct selling, persuasion, upselling, and cross-selling.
  • Experience with inbound or outbound sales, lead qualification, and customer follow-up.
  • Excellent customer service, active listening, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Comfortable handling high volumes of outbound calls, text messages, and emails.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems, accurate data entry, and lead tracking.
  • Ability to work independently, follow established processes, and consistently meet performance targets.
  • Strong organizational skills, time management, attention to detail, and ability to multitask.
  • Reliable, adaptable, proactive, and receptive to feedback.
Preferred Experience
  • Previous experience in personal injury intake or supporting a U.S.-based personal injury law firm.
  • Experience securing signed client agreements or converting legal inquiries into retained clients.
  • Familiarity with legal intake or case management systems such as Filevine or Lead Docket.
Performance Expectations

This role is part of a performance-driven intake team. Success will be measured by lead engagement, conversion results, consistent productivity, and reliable communication.

  • Minimum goal of 30 signed cases per month.
  • Target of 50 signed cases per month.
  • Consistent achievement of assigned outbound outreach and productivity goals.
  • Accurate CRM documentation and timely lead follow-up.
  • Clear and proactive communication with supervisors and team members.
Schedule and Benefits
  • Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM Central Time, with a 1-hour unpaid assigned lunch break.
  • Opportunity to support an established U.S. personal injury law firm within a collaborative, performance-focused team.
