Jobtailor in São Paulo is seeking a Training Coordinator to develop and implement institutional training programs for all levels. You will deliver classroom training, plan schedules, and maintain records while controlling costs and logistics.

The role requires instructional design knowledge, LMS experience, and proficiency with Canva, Photoshop, and SAP. You will work with internal trainers and collaborate on development content and partnerships.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in psychology, HR, education or related field.
• Knowledge of instructional design is required.
• Content development skills with Canva and Photoshop.
• Experience with image and video editing.
• Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS).
• Knowledge of SAP.

Responsibilities

• Work on team and leadership development by creating and monitoring institutional training programs.
• Support the development and participate in the delivery of development programs for all levels.
• Report directly to the Training and Development Coordinator and indirectly to the Human Development Manager.
• Develop training programs for CIATC leadership.
• Deliver classroom-based institutional training.
• Update the development catalog and add new content.
• Plan the monthly schedule of institutional trainings.
• Maintain training records to generate data and monitor training performance indicators.
• Conduct training needs assessments for all job levels.
• Be responsible for the training of internal trainers/multipliers.
• Monitor and work to meet schedules for technical and launch (e.g., new site/store opening) trainings.
• Plan and execute all training logistics (coffee/refreshments, equipment, course materials/handouts, certificates, training passports).
• Control training costs according to the budget.
• Seek tools to improve training techniques.
• Develop partnerships for training and development.
• Participate in institutional communication.

Requirements

• Microsoft Office Suite
• Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Education (Pedagogy), or related fields in people development.
