Jobtailor is seeking an HR professional focused on Training & Development and Recruitment to partner with leaders across the organization. You will design learning paths, coordinate onboarding, and drive engagement initiatives.

Proficiency in instructional design, LMS management, and advanced Excel will be essential to measure impact and ROI while fostering a healthy work environment.

Qualificações

  • Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Business Administration, Human Resources, Education/Pedagogy, or related fields.
  • Proven track record in Human Resources with experience across the full Training & Development cycle.
  • Hands-on experience supporting end-to-end Recruitment & Selection processes and internal campaigns.
  • Proficiency in instructional design, active learning methodologies, and LMS management.
  • Excellent Microsoft Excel skills and corporate writing ability.

Responsabilidades

  • Diagnose training needs with leaders, design learning paths, and facilitate internal sessions.
  • Support end-to-end recruitment processes, ensuring cultural fit and candidate experience.
  • Align R&S and T&D to coordinate onboarding for new talent.
  • Support engagement initiatives, cultural rituals, and internal campaigns.
  • Draft and manage official communications and maintain transparency.
  • Monitor metrics (training hours, e-NPS, turnover, time-to-fill, campaign engagement).

Descrição da oferta de emprego

Responsibilities
  • Diagnose training needs through Training Needs Analysis (TNA) with leaders, design learning paths (technical and behavioral), and facilitate internal training sessions and workshops, measuring impact and ROI of initiatives.
  • Support end-to-end recruitment processes (profile alignment, sourcing/hunting, competency-based interviews), ensuring candidates’ cultural fit and an excellent candidate experience.
  • Align Recruitment & Selection (R&S) and Training & Development (T&D) efforts to coordinate and continuously improve the onboarding program for new talent, ensuring a quick and welcoming ramp‑up.
  • Support the design and execution of engagement initiatives, cultural rituals, celebrations, and internal campaigns, and assist in analyzing engagement/climate surveys to propose action plans that promote a healthy work environment.
  • Draft, structure, and manage communication channels for official announcements, internal policies, and company news, ensuring information alignment and transparency across the team.
  • Monitor and report critical metrics for these areas (training hours, e‑NPS, turnover, time‑to‑fill, and campaign engagement) to inform process improvements.
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Business Administration, Human Resources, Education/Pedagogy, or related fields.
  • Proven track record in Human Resources with strong experience across the full Training & Development cycle (training needs analysis, solution design, and facilitation).
  • Demonstrated hands‑on experience supporting end-to-end Recruitment & Selection processes, internal marketing/engagement initiatives, and internal communication channels.
  • Proficiency in instructional design tools, active learning methodologies for corporate training, and management of LMS platforms.
  • Excellent Microsoft Excel skills.
  • Clear and instructional communication: strong presentation and facilitation skills for training delivery and excellent corporate writing skills for internal communications.
  • Interpersonal skills and active listening: ability to engage across different hierarchical levels, demonstrating empathy and building trust with leaders and colleagues.
  • Autonomy and collaboration: maturity to self‑manage projects and deliver structured outputs while maintaining a collaborative mindset and focusing on results with the People & Performance team.
