Kosmic Technologies is seeking a Production Supervisor to oversee daily manufacturing operations, drive target attainment, ensure quality, process compliance and line discipline across shifts.

The role requires a Diploma in Manufacturing Engineering, strong problem-solving and communication skills, and the ability to work with cross-functional teams. Willingness to work 12‑hour shifts or office hours depending on production needs is required.

• Prepare and monitor output and WIP reports.
• Identify improvements to boost productivity, quality, and efficiency.
• Provide guidance and coaching to Supervisors.
• Drive 6S across all shifts.

This role involves overseeing daily production operations to ensure targets are achieved while maintaining quality standards, process compliance, and operational discipline.

Key responsibilities

Ensure daily production targets are achieved while maintaining good quality standards, process compliance, line discipline, and housekeeping

Ensure compliance with established quality standards, procedures, and specifications

Liaise with supporting departments to address and resolve abnormalities encountered on the production line

Monitor machine stoppages and escape long downtime stoppages

Prepare and report production incidents occurring on the line

Manage manpower allocation according to production requirements

Assist in preparing and monitoring production reports, including Output and WIP reports

Identify and implement improvement plans and activities to improve productivity, quality, and operational efficiency

Provide guidance and coaching to Supervisors

Monitor and drive continuous improvement of 6S practices across all shifts

About you

Diploma/Degree in Manufacturing Engineering or a related discipline

Experience in a manufacturing or production environment will be an advantage

Good problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills

Able to work effectively with cross-functional teams

Willing to work 12-hour shifts or office hours, depending on business and production requirements
