People Profilers Pte Ltd in Singapore is hiring a Production Supervisor to lead a manufacturing team in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. You will drive daily production targets, ensure quality, safety and on-time delivery, and coach staff through coaching and performance reviews.

Responsibilities include supervising shift crews on 12-hour rotating schedules, coordinating with maintenance and QA, solving production issues, and implementing cost-saving process improvements.

Qualificações

• Diploma in any discipline.
• 3–5 years of relevant manufacturing experience.
• Able to work 12-hour rotating shifts.
• Good communication, interpersonal and leadership skills.

• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to improve productivity, reduce costs and eliminate inefficiencies.
• Provide training, coaching and performance feedback to team members.
• Conduct performance reviews and support talent development.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook.
