Jobtailor is seeking a telecom-focused analyst to maintain and optimize voice networks, monitor SIP gateways and cloud instances, and resolve incidents to ensure reliable communications across customers and internal systems.

You will collect event logs, perform in-depth SIP analysis for performance improvements, install and configure VoIP equipment, and collaborate with the operations team while sharing knowledge with peers.

Qualificações

• Knowledge of telecommunications infrastructure (IP and voice services).
• Minimum 3 years of experience configuring and troubleshooting voice applications.
• Experience with TDM and NGN telephony networks.
• Installation and configuration of VoIP equipment.
• Familiarity with network protocols, including TCP/IP.
• Experience with the SIP signaling protocol.
• Experience with tools such as Splunk, Zabbix, and SolarWinds.
• Completed or ongoing higher education in Technology, Networking, and/or Telecommunications.
