Jobtailor in Barueri, Brazil, is seeking a Telecommunications Support specialist. You will monitor data links and services, provide connectivity support, and perform link activation, configuration and validation for field deployments.

You will diagnose 3G/4G network issues, manage internal tickets, configure equipment for shipment, and maintain records of tickets and activities. Strong teamwork, organization, and communication are essential.

Qualificações

Experience in telecommunications support or operations
Knowledge of data networks and connectivity
Knowledge of internet links and 3G and 4G mobile networks
Experience configuring and troubleshooting telecommunications equipment
Experience with monitoring tools and ticketing systems
Strong ability to analyze and diagnose failures
Strong organizational skills for tracking tickets, equipment, and field activities
Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team

Responsabilidades

Provide technical support related to connectivity and internet links
Perform link activation, configuration, and validation activities
Diagnose and resolve issues related to 3G and 4G mobile networks
Open, track, and update internal support tickets
Recover, configure, test, and validate telecommunications equipment
Prepare and configure equipment for shipment and end-user deployment
Maintain internal records related to equipment, tickets, and operational activities
Support schedule management and the assignment of activities to field technicians
Monitor field service activities, providing technical support when necessary
Ensure the accurate recording of activities and information in operational systems and tracking tools
