Jobtailor in São Paulo, Brazil, is seeking an IT Support professional to configure computers and mobile devices, install software, and monitor support tickets. You will work with a collaborative team to ensure smooth technology operations.

The role requires hands-on knowledge of hardware and software, plus intermediate English and MS Office skills. You will also assist with IT asset management and liaise with Procurement for asset procurement requests.
