Coreline Systems Pte Ltd is seeking an experienced Equipment Technician for a full-time role focused on installation, maintenance and operation of semiconductor equipment. The candidate must perform tool moves, set-up, alignment, and module integration in a fast-paced environment.

Strong documentation and communication skills are required, with the ability to work independently or as part of a team. A formal engineering qualification or equivalent practical experience is expected.

Responsabilidades

• Equipment installation and initial setup following OEM procedures.
• Perform preventive maintenance and replace consumables per checklists.
• Inspect, clean, and adjust equipment and subsystems.
• Record maintenance activities and report abnormalities promptly.
• Coordinate with teams to handover records and close punch lists.

About the role

Coreline Systems Pte Ltd is seeking an experienced Equipment Technician to join our growing team. This is a full-time position where you will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, troubleshooting and operation of Semiconductor equipment.

Key responsibilities

• Equipment installation (Tier 0)

  • Support tool move-in and rigging

  • Receive and uncrate equipment, and check it against the packing list

  • Set tools to position, then levelling/alignment

  • Align and reassemble fab and subfab modules

  • Assemble mainframes, chambers and process modules to OEM procedure

  • Place subfab peripherals: dry pumps, gas boxes, chillers and TCUs

  • Record torque, alignment and levelling data

  • Close out punch lists and handover records

• Preventive maintenance

  • Carry out scheduled preventive maintenance to OEM checklists

  • Replace consumables and parts

  • Inspect, clean and adjust equipment and subsystems

  • Carry out field caution notices and retrofits

  • Record maintenance activities and report abnormalities
