Jobtailor is seeking a competent technical support specialist to assist customers with system questions and incidents, and to validate database information using SQL databases. You will track tickets, reproduce errors, and coordinate with internal teams to resolve issues.

Qualificações

• Basic to intermediate SQL knowledge.
