Jobtailor is seeking an experienced IT support specialist to provide L2 incident resolution, analyze and resolve production incidents, and diagnose Java applications through logs, code, and integrations.

You will monitor systems, perform proactive troubleshooting, support development teams, and document solutions and procedures while ensuring SLA compliance. A Bachelor's degree in Technology or related field and experience with REST APIs, SQL, Linux/Unix, and ITSM tooling are required.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Technology or related field.
• Experience providing L2 support in production environments.
• Experience diagnosing Java applications from logs and code.
• Familiarity with REST APIs and integrations.
• Experience with log analysis and troubleshooting.
• Experience with SQL databases and queries.
• Familiarity with monitoring tools and ITSM platforms.
• Experience in Linux/Unix environments is a plus.
