• Experience leading DevOps or DevSecOps projects in corporate environments.
• Good understanding of the software development lifecycle and modern software-delivery practices.
• Experience implementing, evolving, or governing CI/CD pipelines.
• Familiarity with cloud adoption, automation, or technology-modernisation initiatives.
• Working knowledge of Secure SDLC, Security by Design, Application Security, or vulnerability management.
• Understanding of cloud platforms, particularly AWS or Microsoft Azure.
• Familiarity with Infrastructure as Code and infrastructure automation.

You will connect business priorities, security requirements, and engineering delivery plans while coordinating Development, Architecture, Cloud, Infrastructure, Security, Operations, and Business teams.

Key Responsibilities

• AWS or Microsoft Azure;
• SAST, DAST, vulnerability-management, or application-security tools.

Nice-to-Have Qualifications

• Experience in Financial Services or another highly regulated industry;
• Background in banking, fintech, insurance, Wealth Management, or Asset Management;
• Participation in large digital-transformation or platform-modernisation programmes;
• Deeper knowledge of AWS, Azure, Kubernetes, Terraform, or CI/CD platforms;
• Experience with security governance, technology risk, or regulatory requirements;
• Experience defining and monitoring DevOps or DevSecOps metrics;
• Vendor or technology-partner management experience;
• Certification such as PMP, PRINCE2, CSM, PSM, SAFe Agilist, or PMI-ACP;
• Certification in cloud, DevOps, Kubernetes, or information security.
