Brazilian company hires for hybrid or remote position.

Location: Brazil (any location).

Only candidates already based in Brazil will be considered.

Work Model: Hybrid for candidates living in state capitals and Remote for candidates living in countryside/cities outside the state capitals.

Language Requirements: English C2 (Advanced/Fluent) – Mandatory (there will be direct contact with an international client).

• Lead cross-functional software engineering teams in an international environment.

• Provide technical leadership leveraging Java and Spring expertise.
• Drive the adoption of AI platforms and development acceleration tools.
• Apply Specification-Driven Development (SDD) practices throughout the software lifecycle.
• Collaborate closely with business stakeholders and technical leadership.
• Ensure compliance with engineering standards, coding practices, and security guidelines.
• Mentor engineers and technical leaders, fostering continuous learning and technical excellence.
• Support delivery governance, prioritization, risk mitigation, and technical decision-making.
• Contribute to the continuous evolution of engineering practices, Agile collaboration, and DevOps culture.

Education

Bachelor's Degree In

• Computer Science

Mandatory Experience

• English C2 (Advanced/Fluent) with the ability to communicate confidently in international environments.
• Proven experience as a Technical Senior Manager, Engineering Manager, or similar software engineering leadership role.
• Strong software engineering background.
• Hands-on technical experience with Java.
• Hands-on experience with the Spring Framework.
• Experience leading international and Nearshore software development projects.
• Practical experience using AI platforms to accelerate software development.
• Knowledge of Specification-Driven Development (SDD).
• Experience with Agile methodologies.
• Experience with DevOps practices.
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to thrive in fast-paced, dynamic environments.
