The Technical Support II, IT Operations is responsible for daily production work tasks and provides advanced system-level support of multi-user operating systems, hardware and software tools, including installation, configuration, maintenance, and support of these systems.

This is an onsite position located in Sao Paulo

• Support in project implementation
• End points security applications - Compliance
• Bigfix
• Remote support
• Field Support
• Equipment control in SCCM and Active Directory
• Inventory control
• Installation of equipment for new accounts or projects. (new site)
• Equipment configuration
• Incident resolution according to SLA
• Safety of computer equipment
• Repair of computer equipment
• Maintenance of computer equipment

Candidate Profile

• Bachelor's Degree in related field from a four-year college or university
• Located in Sao Paulo
• 2 -4 years relevant experience
• And meet timelines on deliverables
• Knowledge in the management of Windows & Mac OS network configuration.
• Knowledge in PC Maintenance.
• Knowledge managing DNS and Active Directory.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
