Jobtailor in São Paulo, Brazil seeks a seasoned client service professional to manage complex client portfolios across in-person, phone, and digital channels. You will explain coverage processes for health and dental benefits and assist with reimbursement estimates.

You'll conduct market research for quotation forms, prepare loss-ratio reports, and identify opportunities to streamline workflows. Strong Excel skills and knowledge of ANS regulations are essential.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Human Resources Management.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel is required.
• Experience in the insurance industry, particularly health and dental products, is preferred.
• Familiarity with ANS regulations.
