Where you Fit In:

As the JAVA Engineering Team Lead, you will be responsible for leading and mentoring a team of talented developers, overseeing the development and maintenance of our Java-based gaming platform. You will collaborate closely with Product Managers, designers, architects, and other stakeholders to ensure the delivery of secure, scalable, and high‑quality solutions. Your role will involve a combination of hands‑on development, technical leadership, and strategic planning.

The impact you will have:

• You will be responsible for leading, motivating, and developing a team of engineers, fostering a collaborative and high‑performance environment.
• You will oversee the complete development cycle of the Java gaming platform, ensuring quality, security, and best practices.
• You will collaborate with managers and principal engineers in defining requirements, deadlines, and strategic technical decisions.
• You will be required to monitor project progress, remove blockers, and ensure timely deliveries aligned with business objectives.
• You will also participate in code review, complex troubleshooting, and the promotion of continuous improvement for the team and its processes.

What we’re looking for:

We are looking for a Technical Leader with solid experience in Java and related technologies.

• Degree in Computer Science or equivalent field.
• Knowledge of Java frameworks (Spring Boot, Micronaut) and SQL databases is also valued.
• Strong knowledge of software engineering best practices, Agile methodologies, and DevOps tools.
• Advanced English.
• Leadership or People Management experience.
• Good communication, organizational, and problem‑solving skills are essential.

This role is Remote based in Brazil.
