We’re looking for a Tech Lead – Group Manager to lead our Land-Based Team within the Product Service Delivery (PSD) Department.

What you’ll do

As Tech Lead – Group Manager, you will be responsible for leading, supporting, and developing your team while ensuring the successful delivery of projects.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Providing technical guidance, coaching, and support to team members.
• Promoting technical excellence and ensuring compliance with BMM standards and procedures.
• Reviewing technical deliverables before submission to clients.
• Collaborating with Project Managers to plan workloads and allocate resources effectively.
• Monitoring time reporting, leave management, and team utilization.
• Supporting performance reviews and providing ongoing feedback and development opportunities.
• Acting as the technical point of contact for compliance and quality-related matters.
• Supporting clients throughout the project lifecycle, including pre-sales activities when required.
• Participating in project kick-offs, technical reviews, and project follow-up activities.
• Contributing to accreditation, audit, and continuous improvement initiatives, including ENAC and ISO-related projects.
• Collaborating with teams across multiple regions on global projects.

What we’re looking for
