As a Talent Acquisition Manager, you will lead the functional side of Talent Acquisition, managing and guiding a team of over 50 leaders. Your role involves developing and implementing innovative hiring strategies, working closely with other managers to keep processes aligned with business needs, and overseeing KPIs, metrics, data analysis, and process refinement.

Key responsibilities include:

1. Managing and guiding a team of leaders in Talent Acquisition.
2. Creating and implementing new hiring strategies and promoting employee well-being.
3. Collaborating with other managers to ensure current and effective processes.
4. Monitoring KPIs, metrics, and salary settings.
5. Analyzing data to improve recruiting and staffing processes.
