Jobtailor in Paraná seeks a support specialist to maintain and configure Protheus Backoffice modules. You will provide both technical and functional user support, log incidents, and track resolutions.

You will assist with testing, documentation, and process manuals, contributing to ongoing system improvement projects and teamwork.

Qualificações

• Basic knowledge of TOTVS Protheus Backoffice modules (Financial, Accounting, Purchasing, Inventory, Billing).
• Familiarity with administrative and financial processes.
• Good communication skills and willingness to assist users.
• Organized with strong attention to detail.
• Preferred: knowledge of ADVPL and SQL.
