You will undertake run operations of public cloud container and Kafka platforms and operations tools in support of IT service delivery. This includes proactively and reactively solving issues, with particular focus on public cloud container and Kafka platforms (particularly AKS, GKE, and Confluent SaaS). You will manage public cloud platforms where these services are hosted and ensure their integration with DHL IT systems, supporting platforms used by applications globally. Gathering, assessing, and communicating critical information promptly by interacting with various DHL teams.
Continuously learning to keep up with rapidly changing technologies and customer or ITS needs. Ensuring platform support is based on IT Operational and Security standards, executed in line with ITS processes, and delivered within the required timelines.

As a Senior Software Engineer, having Scripting and Cloud certifications is a plus. Good knowledge of Service Owner responsibilities is also important.
You are a technology enthusiast with a good understanding of SCCM, Intune, application packaging tools, and M365 Apps (Office365) administration. You can work independently, prioritize tasks under pressure, and collaborate across regions. Proficiency in spoken and written English is essential.
