  • Maintain knowledge of our client's products and services
  • Communicate with developers and other departments in various IT companies

Requirements:

  • Native Japanese and English communication skills
  • Minimum 6 months experience in customer support
  • Strong analytical and research skills
  • Positive, responsible attitude
  • Personal laptop/computer (min. 8GB RAM) and stable internet (min. 50 Mbps download, 40 Mbps upload)

Preferred:

  • Experience with CRM systems
  • Experience in crypto/finance
