(fluent German & English) Customer Support Consultant, remote (Luxury Brand)

Join our team as a Customer Support Consultant for a luxury brand and thrive in a multicultural and multilingual environment while working remotely from your home office. What You Will Do:

• Provide exceptional customer support via chats and emails
• Handle inquiries in the global CRM following established processes
• Build positive and long-lasting relationships with customers
• Communicate with potential customers
• Accurately update and categorize leads in the system
• Securely work with customers' sensitive information
• Apply the latest customer happiness practices
• Maintain knowledge of our client's products and services

What You Need to Succeed:

• Fluent German and English (C1 level in both written and spoken)
• Previous experience in luxury customer support
• Attention to detail
• Experience in sales is advantageous
• Positive and responsible attitude
• Personal laptop or computer (minimum 8GB RAM) and stable internet (at least 50 Mbps download and 40 Mbps upload)
