dsm-firmenich is seeking a Flavor Creation Lab Leader in São Paulo to guide flavor development, manage interns, and ensure deadlines are met with high quality. You will supervise procedures, maintain equipment, and lead during audits while supporting the Flavorist in shaping the future of taste.

You will work in a fast-paced environment, collaborating with health, nutrition, and beauty experts to craft unforgettable flavor experiences for global brands and consumers alike.

Qualificações

• BS in Chemistry or equivalent.
• Advanced English required.
• Leadership skills essential.
• Experience in flavor creation required.
• Strong communication abilities.
• Proficient with digital tools and software.

Responsabilidades

• Develops new innovative flavors for sweet goods, beverages, or matches existing flavors to customer guidelines.
• Direct customer interaction—providing technical support to manufacturing, sales, marketing via visits and trainings.
• Effectively communicating at all levels of the organization.
• Deep knowledge in microencapsulation, compounds, alcoholic and nonalcoholic beverages.
• Able to work independently and with other departments.
• Manage complex projects with multiple priorities and timelines.
