Givaudan in Brazil seeks a seasoned Process Engineer to lead the technical Process area of the site and drive optimization across powders and liquids, with emphasis on safety, quality, and efficiency. You will apply lean manufacturing, Mass Balance, capacity analyses, loss reduction, and rigorous problem solving to deliver cost savings and sustainable improvements.

Qualificações

• Degree in Chemical/Food/Production Engineering or similar.
• Advanced English; Spanish desirable.
• Green and black belts certificates are a plus.

Main responsibilities

• Responsible for the technical Process area of the site.
• Understand lean manufacturing, Mass Balance, capacity analyses, loss three, and quality, and be an expert in problem-solving solutions.
• Focus on technical solutions that guarantee efficiency, sustainability, and protection of high-value-added products.
• Leading the cost savings projects and sustainability project program within the organization and application of good practices for loss reduction and optimization;
• Conducting integrity and performance tests on the Process, validating the equipment and system;
• Interface with production, engineering, PCP, maintenance and Supply;
• Support for continuous improvement projects, with a focus on cost-benefit.
• Consistently meets or exceeds the standards and expectations of internal and external customers and consumers.
• Connecting local and global teams projects the process, and promoting technical standards within the team.

Education

• Degree in Chemical/Food/Production Engineering or similar fields.
• Advanced English and desirable Spanish.
• Green and black belts will be a difference with certificate will be a difference.

Experience

• Over 5 years of experience in engineering technology development in process powders and liquids.
• Experience in system and process powder blends, liquids, or spray Dryer. Having experience in flavour production will be a difference in powder or liquids and the food and pharmacy industry.
• Demonstrated knowledge in process and equipment science, packaging engineering, machine design development, and methods.
