dsm-firmenich is seeking a Senior Director Regional Manufacturing Cluster Head to lead manufacturing operations for the region, spanning Cotia (Brazil), Bogotá (Colombia), and Argentina. You will shape manufacturing strategy, build high-performing teams, and deliver business results that affect global operations.

You will own site leadership, drive Lean and continuous improvement, and partner with cross-functional teams to optimize safety, quality, and cost while advancing digital manufacturing

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain, Automation/Mechanical Engineering, or related field.
• Extensive supply chain and manufacturing management experience in chemical production environments.
• Experience in Flavor & Fragrance, Food, or Pharmaceutical industries preferred.
• StrongLEAN, TPM, GMP, Safety Management, and Root Cause Analysis expertise.
• Excellent communication and change management capabilities; fluent in Portuguese and English.
• Proven ability to influence executives, negotiate resources, and lead through ambiguity.

Responsabilidades

• Lead regional manufacturing delivery on Safety, Quality, Compliance, Volume, Cost, and organizational development across multiple sites.
• Drive unit cost optimization through ONE TDC program, LEAN capabilities, and continuous improvement initiatives to deliver Gross Margin growth.
• Build and develop robust manufacturing systems, digital visualization, automation capabilities, and benchmark processes.
• Develop and manage the regional manufacturing talent pool, succession pipeline, and organizational transformation aligned with company values.
• Oversee CAPEX project development and implementation, master planning, and alliance site management.
• Partner with Commercial, Supply Chain, Finance, HR, and Technical teams to deliver symmetric performance across the Business Unit.

You Bring

• Bachelor's degree or above in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain, Automation/Mechanical Engineering, or related field.
• Consolidated years of supply chain & manufacturing management and project management experience in chemical production environments.
• Proven organizational management experience with strong people skills; experience in Flavor & Fragrance, Food, or Pharmaceutical industries preferred.
• Strong expertise in LEAN, TPM, GMP, Safety Management, and Root Cause Analysis methodologies.
• Excellent communication skills and change management capabilities;
• Fluente Portuguese and English is a must.
• Proven ability to influence executive leadership, negotiate resources, and lead through ambiguity with proactive risk management.
