Your Key Responsibilities

• Per Customer Request or project brief - lead project team and manage creative briefs to meet project objectives with little/no management supervision. Ensure timely and quality brief execution;
• Keep abreast of latest technical knowledge in terms of flavor ingredients, formulations and processes through networking, interacting with suppliers, study and training;
• Provide technical flavor support to internal and external customers as needed. Provide ongoing support in the development of winning collections; lead tonality selection team as assigned;
• Work with Sales and BU to maintain relationships at our customers and participate in a team-selling approach. Interface with other support groups at dsm-firmenich, e.g. Regulatory, SCIN, Sensory, to anticipate customer needs and properly address commercial opportunities;
• Participate in the global Flavor Creation community, supporting colleagues in other zones as needed in flavor creation or creative insights;
• Adhere to good creative practice, formulating with a vision of reducing complexity while producing high quality, winning flavors that meet profit objectives. Maintain organized and efficient laboratory equipment and environment. Maintain records for easy retrieval and clarity.
