dsm-firmenich is seeking a Flavor Creation Lab Leader to guide our flavor development in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. You will lead interns, ensure deadlines, and maintain top lab standards to deliver innovative tastes.

You will work with the Flavorist on microencapsulation and beverage flavor projects, drive cross‑department collaboration, and lead audits with a strong commitment to quality and compliance. Fluent English and a chemistry degree are essential.

Qualificações

• Requires BS in Chemistry or equivalent.
• Advanced English required.
• Leadership experience in a flavor/R&D setting.

• Develops new flavors for sweet goods and beverages per guidelines.

• Develops new innovative and novel flavors for sweet goods beverages, or match existing flavors to meet customer project guidelines.
• Direct customer interaction - providing technical support to manufacturing, sales, marketing through direct contact, visits, and technical presentations and trainnings.
• Effectively communicating at all levels of an organization.
• Deep knowledge in: microencapsulation process, compounds, alcoholic and nonalcoholic beverages.
• Able to works independently and in collaboration with other departments involved.
• Successfully, manage complex projects and multiple priorities and timelines.
