dsm-firmenich is seeking an experienced Internal Audit professional to lead regional audits across the Americas from its São Paulo, Brazil operations. You will advise stakeholders, shape innovative audit approaches, and collaborate with global teams and a Center of Excellence.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• 5+ years of internal audit experience in multinational B2B or B2C company with exposure to non-standard topics.
• Professional certification such as CIA, CISA, CIIA, or CPA.
• Fluent English and Portuguese.
• Ability to use technology and data analytics to improve audit processes; IT audit experience is desirable but not required.

• Lead audits and reviews across the Americas in line with the approved audit plan, delivering thorough assessments and actionable insights.
• Plan and execute end-to-end audits, including scoping, risk assessment, fieldwork, and reporting, with high-quality and timely delivery.
• Build strong relationships with regional stakeholders and act as a trusted advisor through clear recommendations.
• Improve and innovate audit methodologies to increase the value delivered by the audit function.
• Foster a culture of growth and professional development within the team.

You bring

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.


• At least 5 years of internal audit experience in a multinational B2B or B2C company, with exposure to a broad range of topics, including non-standard areas, and experience developing tailored frameworks with stakeholders.


• Relevant professional certification, such as CIA, CISA, CIIA, or CPA.


• Fluent English and Portuguese.


• Ability to use technology and data analytics to improve audit processes and outcomes. IT audit experience is desirable but not required.


• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with effective collaboration across cultures and a proactive, results-oriented mindset.
