Positive Support for You CIC is seeking hard-working individuals to provide high-quality, person-centred support to adults with learning disabilities, mental health needs, and autism. You will help tenants live independently in their own homes and communities.

Full or part-time posts are available, with rotas planned in advance to support work/life balance. Training is provided, and there are attractive benefits including a stakeholder pension and employee assistance programme.

We are also hoping to recruit hard-working, enthusiastic individuals who have the drive and resilience to provide excellent support. Full and Part-Time Posts Contract available, ranging from 16 to 39 hours per week. You will be required to work on a rota basis, which includes a share of daytime, evening, weekend and possible sleep-in duties by roster. We plan rotas in advance to aid your work/life balance.

We provide a comprehensive training package, so you are equipped to support tenants with all aspects of daily living and to meet their individual complex needs.
