WÜRTH IT BRASIL is seeking an experienced Support Consultant specializing in SAP SD to analyze, troubleshoot, and improve our SAP landscape. You will work with international stakeholders to resolve issues and drive continuous improvement in SAP SD processes across the Würth Group.

Responsibilities include second-level SD support, ABAP debugging, translating requirements into functional concepts, and documenting solutions. Travel may be required as part of the role.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in CS/IT or related field.
• Minimum 3 years in SAP with a focus on SD.
• Strong understanding of SAP SD processes and customizing.
• Basic to intermediate ABAP knowledge for debugging.

Responsabilidades

• Provide second-level SAP SD support across Würth Group companies.

• Debug ABAP-based applications to identify root causes and propose solutions.

• Document, test, and validate processes and functionalities.
• Monitor incidents and dispatches to ensure smooth operations.
• Maintain e-cat processes including branch setup and new company codes.
• Collaborate with development and support teams for fast resolutions.
• Deliver user support and knowledge transfer to improve usage.
• Travel when required.

As an Support Consultant Specializing in SAP SD, you will focus on supporting, analyzing, and improving our highly customized SAP landscape. The role emphasizes troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and system understanding, leveraging your ABAP knowledge to analyze existing developments and ensure stable operations.

You will work closely with international stakeholders to ensure efficient issue resolution and continuous improvement of SAP SD processes across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide second-level SAP support in the SD module to Würth Group companies on a global scale
• Analyze and resolve incidents and service requests in a structured and solution-oriented manner
• Debug and analyze existing ABAP-based applications to identify root causes and propose effective solutions
• Analyze business requirements and translate them into functional solution concepts in SAP SD
• Drive SD-related process improvements, aligning IT solutions with business objectives within the Würth Group
• Document, test, and validate processes, system functionalities, and solutions
• Perform dispatching and incident monitoring to ensure smooth support operations
• Maintain and support e-catalog (e-cat) processes, including customizing for branch setup and creation of new company codes
• Collaborate closely with development teams for technical implementations and with other support teams to ensure fast issue resolution
• Deliver user support and knowledge transfer to improve system usage and user experience
• Demonstrate flexibility and willingness to travel when required

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in SAP, with a focus on the SD module
• Solid understanding of SAP SD processes and customizing
• Basic to intermediate ABAP knowledge, especially for debugging and analysis
• Experience in SAP support environments
• Familiarity with highly customized SAP landscapes is a strong advantage
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in an international team
• Proficiency in English; German is a plus.
