As a Support Consultant specializing in SAP SD, you will focus on supporting, analyzing, and continuously improving our highly customized SAP landscape. You will be responsible for troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and ensuring the stability and efficiency of SAP SD processes.
You will work closely with international stakeholders to ensure efficient issue resolution and continuous improvement of SAP SD processes across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide second-level SAP support in the SD module to Würth Group companies on a global scale.
- Analyze and resolve incidents and service requests in a structured and solution-oriented manner.
- Perform root cause analysis and propose effective functional solutions for SAP SD issues.
- Analyze business requirements and translate them into functional solution concepts in SAP SD.
- Drive SD-related process improvements, aligning IT solutions with business objectives within the Würth Group.
- Document, test, and validate processes, system functionalities, and solutions.
- Perform dispatching and incident monitoring to ensure smooth support operations.
- Maintain and support e-catalog (e-cat) processes, including customizing for branch setup and creation of new company codes.
- Collaborate closely with development teams for technical implementations and with other support teams to ensure fast issue resolution.
- Deliver user support and knowledge transfer to improve system usage and user experience.
- Demonstrate flexibility and willingness to travel when required.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience working with SAP, with a focus on the SD module.
- Solid knowledge of SAP SD processes and customizing.
- Experience in SAP support environments.
- Experience working with highly customized SAP landscapes is a strong advantage.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in an international environment.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficiency in English; German is a plus.
