Würth IT Brasil is seeking an experienced SAP SuccessFactors / SAP HCM Consultant to join our international HR Solutions team in São Paulo. You will lead implementations, configure modules (EC, Time Management, Performance & Goals), and collaborate with stakeholders to design innovative HR solutions.

Required 3–4 years of relevant experience, strong knowledge of Employee Central and Onboarding, and exposure to integrations, reporting, and testing. SAP HCM PA/OM knowledge is a plus.

Qualificações

3–4 years of experience with SAP SuccessFactors and SAP HCM.
Strong functional knowledge of Employee Central and Onboarding.
Experience with configuration, integrations, reporting, testing, and support activities.
Knowledge of SAP HCM modules such as PA and OM.
Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Bachelor’s degree in IT, CS, Engineering, HR, or a related field.
SAP SuccessFactors certification is a plus.

Collaborate with business stakeholders to design innovative HR solutions.
Support global rollouts, testing, data migration, incident resolution, and continuous process improvements.

What we're looking for
