About position
We are seeking a highly experienced Sales Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will play a key role in coordinating the sales planning process for the OES Americas Automotive Aftermarket. Your responsibilities will include aligning key assumptions and processes to support the Americas Region Overdue Process and support on key topics for the Sales Team.
Responsibilities
- Regularly review and monitor overdue accounts to identify outstanding balances;
- Generate and maintain reports on overdue accounts, including aging reports;
- Drive the resolution of overdue accounts with clear Identification of overdue root cause with Plant such as ASN, price differences, etc. and working with KAM to escalation with customer;
- Support Sales Team with Key support tasks such as new SAP customer creation, credit/debit notes, COO support, SAP price management, etc. and any assigned tasks and topics related to their accounts;
- Initiate proactive communication with customers regarding overdue accounts through emails, phone calls, and letters;
- Maintain accurate records of all communications and transactions related to overdue accounts;
- Work closely with finance, AR team and KAM teams to ensure accurate account management and reporting;
- Ensure compliance with organizational policies, legal regulations, and best practices in overdue management;
- Propose and implement strategies to reduce overdue accounts and improve recovery rates.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in finance or economics required. MBA in finance preferred. Statistical analysis ability to analyze large data is a plus;
- Experience of working with large data and strategic analysis;
- Strong MS Office proficiency; particularly strong Excel (formulas, data analysis, Pivot table) skill required and PowerPoint Skills;
- Experience with SAP or similar ERP systems;
- Solid experience working with automotive customers;
- Knowledge of financial dispute processes and invoice to cash workflows;
- Familiarity with trade documentation (credit notes, declarations of origin, tariff reporting);
- High attention to detail, especially when reviewing pricing and financial data;
- Strong communication skills for interacting with customers, AR teams, and KAMs;
