Jobtailor is seeking a Supplier Quality Engineer to manage supplier quality programs, NCRs, and audits across Brazil. You will coordinate investigations, root-cause analyses, and supplier performance, ensuring compliance in incoming materials and packaging.

The role requires a mechanical or chemical engineering background, graduate-level qualifications, and experience in SQE/SQA with strong English proficiency.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering required.
• Graduate-level qualification (Master's and/or Ph.D.) in Mechanical Engineering and/or an MBA in Quality Management, Supply Chain Management, or Process Engineering.
• Proven experience in supplier quality management (SQE/SQA).
• Experience with incoming quality control for supplies and packaging.
• Fluency in English preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Ensure compliance, standardization, and excellence in receipt of supplies, packaging, and raw materials.
• Lead NCR management, supplier technical support, and supplier performance processes.
• Lead investigation and closure of NCRs and drive root cause analyses.
• Coordinate quality audits and supplier performance indicators at internal and supplier sites.
• Set sampling criteria, tolerances, and SOPs for incoming inspection.
• Quantify financial impact of nonconforming materials and manage reimbursements/replacements.
• Lead quality teams and ensure ongoing training and failure prevention.

• Ensure compliance, standardization, and excellence in the receipt of supplies, packaging, and raw materials
• Manage suppliers, nonconformance reports (NCRs), and technical support processes with supply chain partners
• Lead the recording, investigation, resolution, and closure of NCRs
• Manage the process capability of internal and external processes at Grupo Boticário facilities and supplier sites
• Serve as the technical focal point for suppliers, leading meetings, action plans, and root cause follow-up using 8D, 5 Whys, and Ishikawa analysis
• Coordinate technical audits and manage supplier performance indicators
• Define and update sampling criteria, tolerances, and standard operating procedures for incoming inspection
• Quantify the financial impact of nonconforming materials and manage reimbursements or replacements with suppliers
• Lead quality specialists, analysts, and inspectors, ensuring ongoing training and failure prevention

Requirements
