Verdera is seeking a senior leader to define and drive the strategy for the Products and Solutions area, ensuring high-quality AFRs and regulatory compliance. You will manage and develop a multidisciplinary team, align with quality standards, and oversee process improvements across interfaces to meet business targets.

The role demands hands-on leadership, strong communication, and deep knowledge of coprocessing, AFRs, and performance indicators.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Chemical, Environmental, Production, Materials or related fields).
• Postgraduate/MBA in Quality, People/HR, Project Management, Sustainability or related areas.
• 8 years of experience in the area.
• At least 3 years of leadership experience.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and implement the strategy for the Products and Solutions area to support the evolution of Verdera's strategy.
• Ensure technical, operational and people management of the Products and Solutions area, guaranteeing the quality of AFRs (Alternative Fuels and Raw Materials), compliance with technical homologation processes and continuous improvement of co-processed materials.
• Coordinate the team of product and solutions analysts, promoting standardization, demand prioritization, development and monitoring of area indicators; ensure alignment with interfacing areas in compliance with Votorantim Cimentos' quality requirements, legal requirements and business targets.
• Manage the team of Product and Solutions Analysts, ensuring appropriate distribution of tasks, meeting deadlines and delivery quality through routine management and performance monitoring.
• Ensure and optimize execution of technical homologation processes for AFRs and suppliers, ensuring technical, regulatory and operational compliance.
• Drive continuous improvement in the quality of incoming AFRs by performing technical analyses, addressing deviations and interfacing with operations and clients/suppliers.
• Define, monitor and analyze the area's performance indicators, consolidate results and lead corrective and preventive action plans to achieve targets.
• Provide technical support to the commercial team by coordinating pre- and post-sales activities carried out by the team, ensuring adherence to technical guidelines.
• Act as a liaison between the technical team, commercial team, decarbonization, CETEP and other interfacing areas, ensuring alignment of guidelines and strategic prioritization of demands.
• Ensure standardization, updating and compliance with procedures, technical guidelines and methods in the area, contributing to governance and process maturity.
• Support internal and external audits, ensuring organization of information, technical evidence and compliance with quality, environmental and compliance requirements.
• Promote technical development of the team through feedback, training and dissemination of technical knowledge to interfacing areas.
• Contribute to identifying and implementing improvement opportunities and technical solutions (e.g., partner portal, VCMS, Power BI) to increase the efficiency of internal processes, mitigate risks and support business strategies.
• Develop, maintain and prioritize the training plan and technical skills matrix together with the manager, Votorantim school and T&D.
• Develop solutions and technologies together with clients/suppliers to improve the quality of alternative fuels.
• Ensure that the development of quality clauses in contracts between clients and suppliers is consistent with the contracted materials.
• Perform activities in accordance with predefined safety, quality and environmental standards to support the company in meeting its goals.
• Develop checklist templates for P&S visits and automate them.
