Autoliv Brazil is seeking a Quality Supervisor to lead quality activities within our manufacturing value stream, ensuring compliance with customer requirements and internal systems while driving operational excellence and a zero-defect culture.

You will partner with Manufacturing, Engineering, Supply Chain, Maintenance, and Customer Quality teams to achieve SQDCM objectives and deliver exceptional customer satisfaction.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering with experience in Quality Management in manufacturing.
• Strong knowledge of Automotive Core Tools: APQP, PPAP, FMEA, SPC, MSA.
• Experience in the automotive industry (Tier 1 preferred) and advanced English.

Responsabilidades

• Lead product and process quality activities, ensuring compliance with customer requirements, quality standards, and internal procedures.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives, utilizing quality methodologies and data analysis to improve performance and prevent defects.

What We’re Looking For

• Strong knowledge of Automotive Core Tools, including APQP, PPAP, FMEA, SPC, and MSA.
• Experience in the automotive industry (Tier 1 preferred) and advanced English proficiency.
