Qualificações

  • Experiência em liderança e gestão de equipes é necessária.

As Junior Team Manager, you will be managing Lifestyle Managers (LMs). This role is the first step into leadership, focusing on developing leadership skills, learning, and demonstrating your interest in improving your competencies to face future challenges as a team manager. Your main focus will be on increasing team performance, collaborating with the leadership team to deliver excellent results, and overseeing the personal development, collaboration, and teamwork of your team members.

You will…

  1. Set your team’s direction and strategy, and hold your team accountable for delivering this strategy.
  2. Agree on personal development goals for each team member.
  3. Support Lifestyle Managers’ progress through formal development programs, enhancing staff retention and ensuring effective succession planning.
  4. Identify and develop high-performing individuals to advance within Ten.
  5. Ensure each Lifestyle Manager meets basic minimum standards as set by Ten North America Management.
  6. Inspire your Lifestyle Managers to exceed role expectations.
  7. Maintain knowledge of Ten’s clients and their service requirements.
  8. Stay updated on news and trends relevant to your team’s specialization.
  9. Participate in sourcing and assessing new talent for Ten.
  10. Collaborate with IT, the Training Department, and experienced Lifestyle Managers to ensure a smooth onboarding for new hires.
  11. Complete and submit time cards and HR forms promptly.
  12. Manage attendance and punctuality in line with Ten’s policies.
  13. Manage Junior LMs, supporting their development and providing necessary support.
  14. Oversee shift management, ensuring adherence to schedules and reporting absences or delays.
  15. Be available for queries from LMs regarding procedures.
  16. Conduct appraisals and provide ongoing feedback to LMs.
  17. Support resolution of member complaints and ensure customer satisfaction.
  18. Monitor and evaluate LMs’ calls to ensure procedural compliance and quality standards.
  19. Assist in job allocation and team building activities.
  20. Participate in internal meetings with other TMs, Heads, or relevant stakeholders.
  21. Engage in self-development activities, bringing new ideas, courses, and benchmarking insights to the team.
  22. Utilize the Ten Learning e-learning platform to develop technical and behavioral skills.
  23. Support reporting efforts, collaborating with Senior TMs to ensure accurate service delivery reports.
  24. Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or currently pursuing one.
  • Intermediate or advanced level of English proficiency.
  • Experience in leadership and team management.
  • Experience in travel, tourism, customer service, or hospitality industry.
