A DiDi Chuxing está buscando um recrutador experiente para gerenciar o ciclo completo de recrutamento e proporcionar uma experiência de alta qualidade para os candidatos. O candidato ideal terá mais de 5 anos de experiência, será fluente em inglês e terá um histórico de trabalho em ambientes de ritmo rápido. Esta posição oferece uma oportunidade de impactar a cultura de recrutamento e fazer parte de uma equipe diversificada e dinâmica.

Qualificações

  • Experiência de 5+ anos em recrutamento.
  • Preferência por experiência em empresas de internet ou consultoria.
  • Experiência em programas de contratação de estágio é um diferencial.

Responsabilidades

  • Gerenciar o ciclo de recrutamento end-to-end em várias equipes e países.
  • Atuar como parceiro estratégico para líderes de negócios.
  • Proporcionar uma experiência excepcional ao candidato durante o processo de contratação.
  • Usar dados para tomar decisões que facilitem a contratação.

Conhecimentos

Comunicação verbal e escrita em inglês

About the team/role

As a member of the Talent Acquisition team, you'll have the opportunity to work in a cross-regional team with international exposure. We spot, engage and hire the top talents to join DiDi. We drive new growth opportunities for our teams by running talent programs, where our employees can expand their horizons globally.

In this role, you'll be...
  • Responsible to manage the full end-to-end recruiting cycle for roles across multiple teams and countries in the organization.
  • Acting as a strategic partner to business leaders; providing world-class market information, talent intelligence and key practices.
  • Owning the overall candidate experience through the hiring process until onboarding.
  • Using data to make decisions that facilitate hiring and allows the organization to make the best hiring decision.
  • Working with other HR teams to drive efficiencies and process improvements.
  • Working in projects that impact how we shape a culture of recruiting.
We're eager to be in touch because you have...
  • 5+ years of experience in recruiting (preferably in a fast-paced environment such as the internet or consulting companies).
  • Experience using ATS systems (lever, greenhouse, icims, etc).
  • Strong verbal and written communication in English.
  • Excited about driving change and helping the organization evolve.
  • Experience with Internship Hiring Programs is a plus.
