Responsibilities:
As a Senior Talent Acquisition Manager, with a strong technical acumen, you will be responsible for recruiting top-tier tech talent.
Manage the end-to-end recruitment cycle for technical roles (engineering, data, product, infrastructure, etc.).
Work closely with hiring teams to deeply understand the specific requirements of each position.
Source qualified candidates through various channels.
Conduct interviews and assess both technical and cultural fit.
Improve and structure recruitment processes, tools, and KPIs.
Contribute to the global talent acquisition strategy.
Profile:
Minimum 7 years of experience in recruitment, with a strong focus on tech roles.
Solid understanding of technical environments (backend, frontend, cloud, data, DevOps, etc.).
You are comfortable operating in an English-speaking environment.
Experience in international recruitment contexts.
Proficiency with modern recruitment tools (ATS, sourcing platforms, analytics).
Strong analytical mindset, autonomy, confidentiality, and a results-oriented approach.
