Coupa Software Inc. is seeking a Senior Solution Architect to join our Professional Services team. You will lead design, implementation, and optimization of sourcing events using Coupa Sourcing Optimisation, partnering with global customers and partners.

Travel up to 50% to support deployments and knowledge transfer across complex spend categories. You will bring 5+ years in strategic sourcing, strong client management, and fluency in English and Spanish to drive rapid go-lives and tangible

Qualificações

• 5+ years’ experience in strategic sourcing, either internally or via consulting
• Strong client management skills to drive go-live success
• Experience in sourcing categories like logistics, raw materials, packaging
• Proven track record with sourcing/sourcing optimization tools (Ariba, GEP, Zycus)
• Fluency in English and Spanish; willingness to travel domestically and internationally

The Impact of Sr Solution Architect/Solution Architect to Coupa:

This is an outstanding opportunity to join a high-growth organisation in a key role where you can impact and fuel your career development. Our Professional Services Teams work closely with Coupa Customers, Partners and internal Product Management to implement the most valuable solutions for our customers. As an expert in the upstream workflows in Coupa’s Business Spend Management products, your main goal is to support the design, implementation and deployment of our products, to deliver best practice solutions and to ensure customer success, all while driving efficiencies and improvements. Your work will focus on the Source to Contract and Supplier Management modules, including Sourcing, Contract Lifecycle Management and Supplier Information Management, however you will have the opportunity to collaborate in and develop expertise across the broader suite.

What You Will Do:

• As a specialist in Sourcing Optimization your main responsibilities will be in training and enabling customers in designing, running, and evaluating complex sourcing events using Coupa Sourcing Optimisation.
• You will work with some of the largest companies in the world to assist them in designing Sourcing events for some of their largest and most complex spend categories such as logistics, raw materials and packaging.
• Work with the Coupa engagement managers and partners on Coupa implementations to design the optimal end to end solution design that will enable customers to successfully realise the value of their Coupa deployment
• Develop best practices within your areas of expertise and be a champion for their adoption
• Provide strong technical understanding of our product with the ability to discuss and demonstrate the full Coupa platform and how it may be configured to meet a customer’s business needs.
• Manage customers where up to 50% of your time may include travel.

What you will bring to Coupa:

• 5+ years’ experience in strategic sourcing, either internally via an procurement or supply chain organisation or externally with a consulting firm or software provider
• Candidates should have extremely strong client management skills and be able to work with customers to execute an implementation plan that works towards a rapid, successful go live
• Experience in Sourcing, Category Management, and in running complex Sourcing events, in particular Logistics, Raw Materials, Packaging or other complex spend categories
• Previous senior consulting experience with the following applications is a solid predictor of success: Ariba, Jaegger, GEP, Zycus, or other advanced Sourcing/Sourcing Optimization platform
• Fluency in English and Spanish (plus any other major language is highly desirable)
• Willing to occasionally travel locally and abroad to meet customers as required
