International Digital Partners Brasil is seeking a Senior Coupa P2P Functional Consultant to lead a new Coupa implementation in Brazil. The role involves hands-on configuration, requirements gathering, and collaboration with a U.S.-based application team to deploy the Procure-to-Pay solution.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in Coupa, strong P2P expertise, and knowledge of Brazilian tax/localization requirements.

Qualificações

• At least 5 years of hands-on Coupa experience, including Procure-to-Pay.
• Strong Coupa functional consulting, configuration or administration background.
• Experience in at least one substantial Coupa implementation.
• Hands-on configuring workflows, approvals, catalogs, P2P processes, and settings.
• Knowledge of Brazilian procurement, tax localization requirements.
• Fluency in Portuguese and English.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as a senior functional consultant for a new Coupa P2P implementation in Brazil.
• Gather business requirements and translate them into scalable Coupa solutions.
• Perform hands-on Coupa configuration and functional administration.
• Configure procurement and approval workflows, catalogs, P2P functionality, and related settings.
• Support the full implementation lifecycle from requirements to go-live and post-production support.
• Advise on Brazilian procurement, localization, and tax requirements affecting P2P.
• Collaborate with US-based teams on integrations between Coupa and ERP/tax platforms.
• Ensure alignment of indirect procurement with local business needs.
• Communicate with Brazil-based users in Portuguese and with US teams in English.

About the Role

We are looking for a Senior Coupa P2P Functional Consultant to support a new Coupa implementation and rollout in Brazil.

This is a hands-on functional consulting and configuration position. You will collaborate with local stakeholders and a U.S.-based application team to design, configure, test, deploy, and support the Coupa Procure-to-Pay solution.

The ideal candidate has strong Coupa P2P configuration and functional administration experience, combined with knowledge of Brazilian procurement, localization, and tax requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as a senior functional consultant throughout a new Coupa P2P implementation in Brazil.
• Gather business requirements and translate them into scalable Coupa solutions.
• Perform hands-on Coupa configuration and functional administration.
• Configure and maintain procurement and approval workflows, catalogs, P2P functionality, and related functional settings.
• Support the complete implementation lifecycle, including requirements gathering, functional design, configuration, testing, UAT, go-live, hypercare, and post-production support.
• Advise on Brazilian procurement, localization, and tax requirements affecting P2P processes.
• Collaborate with technical teams responsible for integrations between Coupa and ERP or tax platforms.
• Support indirect procurement processes and ensure alignment with local business requirements.
• Communicate with Brazil-based users and stakeholders in Portuguese.
• Collaborate regularly with U.S.-based technical and application teams in English.
• Independently assess and implement functional requirements and configuration changes following go-live.

Required Qualifications

• At least 5 years of hands-on Coupa experience, including significant experience with Procure-to-Pay.
• Strong background in Coupa functional consulting, configuration, or administration.
• Participation in at least one substantial Coupa implementation.
• Hands-on experience configuring workflows, approvals, catalogs, P2P processes, and functional settings.
• Strong understanding of end-to-end P2P and indirect procurement processes.
• Knowledge of Brazilian procurement, tax, and localization requirements.
• Understanding of how Brazilian tax requirements affect P2P processes and connected systems.
• Ability to translate business requirements into effective functional solutions.
• Ability to manage Coupa requirements and configuration changes independently.
• Professional fluency in both Portuguese and English.
• Availability to travel to São Paulo during critical phases such as UAT, go-live, and hypercare.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience with a Coupa implementation in Brazil.
• Experience with Brazilian tax integrations or third-party tax solutions.
• Experience with JDE or SAP integrations.
• Coupa certifications, such as Certified Administrator, P2P, Sourcing, or Consultant.
• Experience transitioning from implementation to production or application support.

This is a long-term PJ contract opportunity supporting a new Coupa rollout in Brazil. Greater remote flexibility may be available after the initial and critical implementation phases. There may also be an opportunity to continue supporting the solution after implementation.
