The Senior Product Manager role requires an individual with excellent analytical abilities and acumen. The successful candidate will be a self-starter, comfortable with ambiguity, have strong attention to detail, and will be comfortable assessing and working with data from multiple sources. The candidate should also have strong communication skills, enabling them to work with key business stakeholders and multiple partners to envision what will make Seller Listing experiences a success and shape analytical deliverables. He/she should also have a demonstrated ability to think strategically and analytically about business, product, and technical challenges, with the ability to work cross-organizationally. You must be able to thrive and succeed in an entrepreneurial environment and not be hindered by the ambiguity or competing priorities to scale in different geographies. This means you are not only able to own high-level strategic initiatives, but also roll up your sleeves, dig in and get the job done.
