Sr Growth Marketing Manager, Marketplace - SSR LATAM

Seller Marketing team is responsible for driving seller acquisition across all categories available on the marketplace in Brazil. We handle both strategy and execution of marketing channels and programs. We are seeking a smart, results-driven Growth Marketing Manager to drive demand and support the growth of Amazon Marketplace. This role will oversee Paid Search, Free Search (SEO), App promotion, and referral marketing in Brazil and Mexico.

As a Sr Growth Manager, you will lead a team to oversee campaigns across multiple channels, conduct experiments, and improve performance metrics and downstream impacts of marketing campaigns.

The ideal candidate will have the ability to see the big picture and execute rapidly. Proven success in managing effective marketing campaigns (lead generation, paid search, and app), testing and launching new tactics, measuring results, and optimizing performance over time against clear targets is essential.

This person will own the reporting of marketing analytics for all channels to the leadership team and broader organization, partner with central marketing teams, and influence senior stakeholders.

Key job responsibilities
  1. Drive seller recruitment through Search marketing, App, Lead generation, and referral marketing programs
  2. Manage the Brazil Growth Marketing team, setting goals and tactics to reach them
  3. Manage budget and optimize paid search and app download campaigns in Brazil
  4. Report to senior leadership on plans, results, and roadblocks across different mechanisms
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
  1. 6+ years of professional non-internship marketing experience
  2. Experience managing teams
  3. Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements
  4. Proficiency with Excel or Tableau (data manipulation, macros, charts, pivot tables)
  5. Experience driving direction and alignment with cross-functional teams
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
  1. Experience working with multiple stakeholder groups
  2. Experience in e-commerce, digital products, or entertainment industries
