About the Role
As a Program Specialist on the Delivery LatAm Customer Support team, you’ll play a foundational role in working on reducing customer defects by turning data into action. You will support our most critical programs by building the data structures, tools, and insights needed to investigate issues, monitor performance, and drive smarter decision-making.
This is a highly hands-on, technical role, ideal for someone with strong analytical capabilities who is eager to understand the business and grow into a cross-functional problem-solver. You’ll work closely with Program Managers and Analysts, gradually increasing your exposure to stakeholders and developing your ability to influence decisions with data.
