Sr Channel Marketing Manager, Amazon Music

We are looking for a driven, analytical, results-oriented and creative Sr Channel Marketing Manager to lead Outbound and O&O Channel Marketing for Amazon Music across Latin America.


This role will own the strategy to accelerate Amazon Music customer growth by building and optimizing a best-in-class channel marketing practice in LATAM. The role is primarily responsible for the performance of local channel marketing programs with a focus on Content and Channel experimentation for Outbound and O&O channels.


You will work across the full customer journey, including acquisition, engagement, upsell, retention and churn. You will develop experiments to improve key metrics and dive deep into our customer data to unveil new growth opportunities in the region. You will ensure a bar-raising CX for customers and provide strategic and tactical support to optimize the roll-out of Global Marketing strategies in our region.


A successful candidate for this role will be a data-driven, creative problem-solver, and a self-starter with great business acumen. You will have strong analytical and program management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. You will also have experience with Marketing Experimentation. Given the complexity of the role, it will also be important to be operationally strong – managing a large number of relationships, dependencies, and timelines across many teams.


Key job responsibilities
  1. Design, build and launch channel marketing experiments that will drive incremental customer growth in LATAM.
  2. Own the strategy, planning, and oversee the execution of Outbound and O&O campaigns across marketing channels to drive customer growth for Amazon Music in Latin America.
  3. Own the relationship with Partners’ channel marketing team to drive shared workstreams fostering the adoption of Amazon Music amongst Prime Video, Prime, and Alexa customers.
  4. Conduct deep dive analysis working with BI and Finance to measure program performance, analyze customer and business data to identify growth opportunities.
  5. Work with global teams to inform and influence growth marketing strategy on a global level.
  6. Write up proposals, testing roadmaps and campaign reviews with a monthly overall review of progress against targets.
  7. Publish reporting on program status and post-launch metrics, ensure stakeholders are well informed about the roadmap and performance, and how they fit into a scalable plan.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
  • 6+ years of professional non-internship marketing experience
  • Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements
  • Experience with Excel or Tableau (data manipulation, macros, charts and pivot tables)
  • Experience building, executing and scaling cross-functional marketing programs
  • Experience communicating results to senior leadership
  • Experience using Microsoft Excel to manipulate and analyze data

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
  • Experience creating and executing integrated marketing lead generation campaigns using tactics that include live or virtual events, webinars, email, lead nurture programs, and CRM/sales insights
  • Experience with Salesforce and Tableau
