About You And This Role
Reporting to the VP of Global Field & Partner Marketing, you will play a key role in driving revenue across Latin America. You will oversee the success of 7 field marketers by ensuring they effectively develop integrated marketing strategies and reinforce the company’s Partner First approach through close collaboration with partners. You will also be responsible for driving these strategies, analyzing performance, and recommending strategic updates to improve outcomes. In this role, you will work in collaboration with regional GTM leaders and the sales teams to drive planning and execution, ensuring alignment with corporate objectives, regional strategy and delivering measurable results.
The ideal candidate is proactive, highly data-driven, and experienced in orchestrating regional marketing planning to ensure alignment between marketing goals, regional sales objectives, and corporate initiatives. They should also have a proven track record of working closely with partners to drive business plan conversations and accelerate growth.
