About You And This Role

Reporting to the VP of Global Field & Partner Marketing, you will play a key role in driving revenue across Latin America. You will oversee the success of 7 field marketers by ensuring they effectively develop integrated marketing strategies and reinforce the company’s Partner First approach through close collaboration with partners. You will also be responsible for driving these strategies, analyzing performance, and recommending strategic updates to improve outcomes. In this role, you will work in collaboration with regional GTM leaders and the sales teams to drive planning and execution, ensuring alignment with corporate objectives, regional strategy and delivering measurable results.

The ideal candidate is proactive, highly data-driven, and experienced in orchestrating regional marketing planning to ensure alignment between marketing goals, regional sales objectives, and corporate initiatives. They should also have a proven track record of working closely with partners to drive business plan conversations and accelerate growth.

Key Objectives

  • Lead the LATAM marketing team in creating and executing integrated marketing strategies that drive demand and revenue growth across multiple channels (events, digital, content, public relations, etc.)
  • Reinforce and execute a "Partner First" strategy by fostering close collaboration with key partners to maximize joint marketing efforts.
  • Build and execute a strategy to grow and engage Liferay’s developer community through events, content, and partnerships.
  • Align regional marketing initiatives with global corporate objectives.
  • Partner with your regional Sales and Channel Leaders to ensure alignment on priorities, making adjustments to accommodate changing market conditions and emerging opportunities.
  • Ensure that your team adopts and executes marketing best practices while maintaining brand consistency.
  • Analyze regional GTM performance, identifying trends, opportunities, and challenges.
  • Use data-driven insights to recommend and implement adjustments to marketing strategies.
  • Provide regular reporting to executive leadership on campaign effectiveness, ROI, and partner marketing outcomes.
  • Manage regional marketing budgets, ensuring efficient allocation of resources across campaigns and territories.
  • Maximize ROI by prioritizing high-impact activities and optimizing spend.
  • Lead, mentor, and inspire field marketers to grow and deliver measurable business results.
  • Set clear goals and KPIs for regional teams and track their performance.
  • Stay informed about market trends, competitive dynamics, and customer preferences in LATAM

Required Qualifications

  • Relevant experience building effective demand generation programs for high tech companies
  • Degree in Marketing or Business, or comparable education/experience
  • Fully comfortable working in English both written and spoken
  • Excellent communications skills and sales interaction skills are a must
  • Proven experience in identifying target audiences and in creatively leading across channels marketing campaigns that engage, educate and motivate
  • Highly data-driven, with a strong ability to track, analyze, and share key marketing metrics with local sales teams on a monthly basis
  • Availability for national and international travels
