We are a team making a significant impact, seeking a talented, ambitious, and well-connected digital ad sales professional to generate ad sales business in LATAM. The role involves providing DIGITAL media solutions to agencies and advertisers across major GLOBAL advertising platforms such as Tinder, WeTransfer, Vevo, and Amadeus.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Position Publisher's Digital Media solutions within the local markets in Brazil by highlighting product advantages.
  • Prospect and develop new business opportunities.
  • Develop, nurture, and strengthen strategic relationships with advertisers and agencies.
  • Generate sales and exceed sales goals.
Skills/Abilities:
  • Proven experience in selling branding-driven media platforms/publishers.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and in a team.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including presentation skills.
  • Strong time management and organizational skills.
  • Exceptional customer service ethic with strong business acumen.
  • Strategic thinking and planning abilities.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Minimum Requirements:
  • At least 5 years of experience selling programmatic advertising for branding-driven networks or publishers.
  • Knowledge of the digital media agency environment, CTV, Music, and Video.
  • Intermediate English proficiency.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and/or Google Workspace at an advanced level.
