You will play a crucial part in defining sales strategies, identifying growth opportunities, and establishing rapport with key stakeholders. Qualificações

  • 5+ years of experience in selling automation solutions for the process industry.
  • Advanced English proficiency required.

Manage all aspects of engagements with existing and new EPCs (Engineering, Procurement and Construction) for Honeywell Process Solutions (Industrial Automation) organization. You will build relationships and understand EPCs business in order to provide appropriate automation solutions. Define sales and growth strategy toward key EPCs while aligning with critical sales business objectives. Identify opportunities and build credibility with EPCs, utilizing your knowledge to deliver the value proposition to them and their customers.

YOU MUST HAVE
  • Bachelor's degree completed
  • Minimum 5 years of experience selling automation solutions for the process industry and EPC
  • Advanced English

  • Significant experience in Sales/Account Management for Process Industry and EPC
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to influence at varying levels across the organization
  • Ability to handle multiple priorities and navigate in a highly matrixed environment
  • Advanced English or Spanish
  • Availability to travel
  • Be based in São Paulo
