Jobtailor in Porto Alegre is seeking an accomplishedSenior Architect to modernize our architectural framework for scalable and resilient solutions. You will prototype advanced architectures (POCs) and validate them independently, while acting as the bridge between development teams and architecture leadership.

The role requires deep Java expertise, strong software architecture background, and hands-on experience with microservices and event-driven designs.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• Strong hands-on software development experience with deep expertise in Java.
• Solid experience in software and solutions architecture.
• Knowledge of design patterns and scalable architectures (microservices, event-driven, etc.).
• Experience with cloud computing, preferably Azure.
• Practical knowledge of generative AI tools applied to development.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and DevOps practices.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the modernization of our architecture with a focus on scalability and resilience.
• Develop advanced prototypes (architectural POCs) and perform independent validations.
• Act as the primary liaison between development teams and architecture, ensuring correct and efficient implementation.
• Conduct complex code reviews, ensuring adherence to advanced standards.
• Facilitate communication between stakeholders and technical teams, translating business requirements and issues into clear, viable technical solutions.
• Ensure integration and interoperability across multiple systems, proposing innovative solutions for complex challenges.
• Ensure created solutions are efficient and functional, considering both technology and business perspectives.
• Create and maintain high-quality technical documentation, establishing documentation standards.
• Mentor and develop team members, fostering professional and technical growth.
