Job summary

Betsson Group is seeking a Sportsbook 2nd Line Coordinator to escalate complex sportsbook queries and support payout review analytics. The role bridges Customer Support, Trading, and technical teams.

It is a 24/7 shift-based position with remote flexibility. The team supports B2B partners and ensures accurate payouts, pricing, and bet calculations while spotting improvement opportunities.

Qualifications

• A genuine passion for sports.
• A solid knowledge of sports betting products, markets and rules.
• Willingness to work evenings, nights and weekends on a rotating schedule.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and general computer skills.
• Comfortable working under pressure during high-traffic events or system incidents.
• Fluent English communication.

Responsibilities

• Provide 2nd line Sportsbook support to Betsson Group’s customer service teams across channels.
• Assist Betsson Sportsbook B2B partners with queries related to our offering.
• Review and approve high-value payouts through PRA, ensuring accurate settlement and pricing.
• Identify patterns or recurring issues and suggest improvements.
• Liaise with internal Sportsbook Trading teams and customer support for timely resolutions.
• Collaborate with the technical team and third-party providers to resolve issues.
• Report suspected fraudulent betting activity to Team Leads and Payments/Fraud Department.
• Perform other administrative tasks related to Sportsbook as needed.

Join our dynamic Sportsbook Operations Team and play a key role in the exciting world of sports betting!

As a Sportsbook 2nd Line Coordinator , you will serve as a key escalation point for complex sportsbook queries, bridging the gap between Customer Support, Trading and technical teams. You will also take on responsibilities within our Payout Review Analytics function, reviewing high-value bets, investigating settlement and pricing discrepancies, and helping ensure accurate customer payouts.

This is a shift-based position, covering 24/7 operations on a rotating schedule.

Key responsibilities:

• Provide 2nd line Sportsbook support to Betsson Group’s customer service teams across various channels.
• Assist Betsson Sportsbook B2B partners with queries and issues related to our Sportsbook offering.
• Review and approve high-value payouts through the Payout Review Analytics (PRA) process, ensuring the accuracy of settlement, pricing and complex bet calculations
• Identify patterns or recurring issues and proactively suggest improvements.
• Liaise with internal Sportsbook Trading teams and customer support to ensure efficient and timely resolutions for customers and partners.
• Work closely with the technical team and third-party Sportsbook providers to identify and resolve issues related to the Sportsbook offering.
• Report any suspected fraudulent betting activity to Team Leads and the Payments/Fraud Department.
• Perform other administrative tasks related to Sportsbook as needed.
